Pros
I worked at a specialized organization at the company, but all in my career I had the most fun team there, people I simply loved working with.
All in all the work and deadlines could be challenging sometimes, but mostly they were realistic, and I haven't felt under heavy pressure in most of my time.
The product was interesting and sold to customers almost all around the world, so there were options to work in an international environment, but at the office most people speak hungarian and from Hungary.
The processes were mostly matured, things mostly went in an orderly manner, and I could learn useful things and practices there.
The office is nice and OK, there are reasonable food options around for lunch as well.
Cons
As far as I know the company struggled with their productd and the changing market requirements back then when I left, I am not sure if they managed to find their new focus yet.
