Every conceivable other thing. This is not a joke, just about every warehouse employee of NOV Orange are completely milking the system for hours. When day management goes home at 5pm and the evening managers/supervisors come on, then essentially all works drops to 50% productivity. I’ve been here for a long time, and I am saying with full honesty, the evening employees of the Warehouse are next to worthless. Being one of the few real workers who puts out 100% all of the time, I constantly have to pick up their slack. I’m sick of it, and I’m about two steps away from quitting this place for good. I get ZERO recognition for my work, while the other guys just skate through their jobs as well as life. I’m about done with it all.

Lack of support from management to initiate change. No disciplinary recourse for employees that don't perform their jobs.
