Too many occurrences where things slip through the cracks. Reactive more than proactive environment You always have an uneasy feeling that you will be fired someday, depending on how the manager or supervisor feels on a particular day (Seriously, Bipolar people are the leaders in this company) Management will rain down on you without no investigation first to see if you really did screw up something or not. Most of the time they're wrong and just play a blame game No growth opportunities, and you're left with a sense of unworthiness as the days go on The environment is repressive and oppressive, It's almost like they want you to walk with your head down You have to dumb yourself down to be able to socialize with an abundant high school mentality within the group. Nepotism Field Techs go out and dont have all the parts they need to complete an install Customers can throw you under the bus if they had a bad day whether or not you were nice to them on the phone. Fist Fights between employees I can go on and on about the cons with this company, but think of everything bad that can go on within a company and it has happened here.

Horrbile management favouring employees over others. Allowing people to be harrassed k the work place. Crappy pay with no advancement. Old broke down technology. If you need tools you have to borrown from another department. High school drama in the work place. No paid leave, vacation, or sick days. Still haven't heard anything about health insurance not sure if the company offers it. Dirty work environment.
