      Cons

      Low pay, low moral, long hours. Unrewarding work. Testing side bends the rules often to get products through certification. Engineering will test till they get a pass rating just to get the product through the doors. Management reaps the rewards while hourly workers get nothing. Cash flow is king - don't ever say fail. say discrepancy in test procedure atmosphere.

      Intelligent lab staff, free soda, treadmill

      Cons

      Where do I start? Management is poorly trained and work assignments are based on favoritism. Instead of being supportive they will be sure to throw you under the bus on things not within your control. Crabs in a barrel mentality. Poor collaboration efforts, entitled attitudes and passive aggressive leadership.
