Pros

I have really enjoyed my time at NSF but unfortunately my contract has come to an end. There is a great atmosphere within the teams that is positive, supportive and hard working. The employee benefits and perks are really great too! I would highly recommend NSF as an employer and going forward I will look to keep in touch about any future opportunities.

NSF provides a positive and supportive working environment, where managers look to help employees reach their full potential by offering them opportunities to develop their careers. The staff are amazing, I have made many friends here, and they make NSF a really fun place to work

Flexible (working at the office or remote), good work/life balance, understanding of personal/family needs, decent benefits, laid back environment

Cons

Communication from top-down isn’t always happening.... keeping direct reports in the loop of what’s going on/changes could be better. Seems like some things only happen/change if you’re the squeaky wheel and/or a part of senior staff
