Too many to list...
- Negative, pessimistic, unsophisticated culture in the office. A number of cliques. Unprofessional comments and behaviour. Not very welcoming. Known by many but no one speaks up about it.
- Difficult to maintain a healthy work/life balance. All talk no action from management. Pretend to care.
- Siloed, isolated working environment. Poor collaborative working amongst different departments. Almost feels like different companies working in different buildings. No 'oneness' in working together.
- Internal systems, technology software outdated in the most part, in comparison to many other companies of similar size/profit; laborious and unnecessarily time-consuming.
- It is definitely apparent to staff that the company, whilst claiming to be all about promoting and public public health, is actually very profit driven. This is sad to see and witness.
