      Pros

      Good culture of caring for one another and many opportunities for growth since the company continues to grow. Great benefits and good people make this a nice place to work. Mission to Protect and Improve Public Health makes my job have more value than just padding someone's pocket.

      Cons

      Pay is lower than most similar businesses and promotions come slower than than expected.

      Disjointed Senior Management... They need to really figure out what their core business is and focus on that! Too much aquisition!
