Cons

Messy systems, low pay, managers too busy to manage, inability or unwillingness to recognize untapped potential talent, and questionable favoritism in promotions.

Pros

Good pay and benefits for those entering the job market after college. Good PTO for entry-level.

Cons

Little room for growth. Promotions/job openings seem corrupted, as individuals who are the most qualified are overlooked when their managers don't feel like training someone new to replace them. Little recognition for work.
