      The people are great, diverse, and accepting.

      No opportunities for job expansion, training, coaching, or advice to make employees better. Good managers are worn out, discouraged, and end up leaving. No assistance is or recognition is given for professional development.

      it is a decent company to work for. they are fairly growth oriented and expand into many sectors, so opportunities are there if you look for them.

      Cons

      changes to job functions are frequent and turnover is high. if you have a low tolerance for instability, you may not thrive here.
