      Pros

      This company has a public health focus and it fulfills on that mission. The people on staff are committed to the mission, well educated and understand the value of cooperation toward the mission.

      Cons

      While there is a great mission and good services to customers, the atmosphere is highly political. At one time, the company was led by a power freak, but is now managed/led with cool detachment from people.

      Lots of opportunities for growth; it has a promote-from-within culture. Friendly, fun environment. IT department is working with cutting-edge technology and is taking steps to improve processes and ensure quality. Good work-life balance, fair pay, jeans on Friday and free soda!

      Cons

      Can be extremely fast-paced. Deadlines are sometimes unreasonable.
