Micromanaged at its finest

Pros

You get a 50$ credit every month for their products

Cons

Too many. Micromanagement is how it’s ran. Salaried employees have to clock in and clock out. Lunch hour is required and not paid. PTO is bad. Appreciation is not really a thing. Approval of basic resources for day to day work is like finding a unicorn. Remote work is a no-no. Double standard for leaders and lower ranked employees.

Management makes promises they can't keep

Pros

There are pros, but they are too few and far between. Management tries to make people happy as a reaction to high turnover and complaints, not to avoid them.

Cons

They will lie to you. I was told I would be promoted and get a raise. When the time came, they backed out of it. It turns out my manager made a promise they couldn’t keep that didn’t end up getting approved. I am not the only one this has happened to, unfortunately.
