Very little guidance or help, Oops that's not a pro

Cons

No guidance or direction, only accountability every so often that comes crashing down as management lets you know what they wanted you to be doing.

Pros

It's a great job to come in and work for your allotted hours and leave without taking the stress home with you. My manager has been really flexible when it comes to time off and my schedule.

Cons

Some people can have poor attitudes but that happens at any job.

Pros

They'll pay good talent better and better each year. My manager is a good manager. The company is growing with big goals for the future, that means opportunity.

Cons

Some frustrations and inconveniences common to growing companies. No real remote-work opportunities. Remote work opporunities would be awesome for certain roles such as mine. Family health insurance needs to be less expensive. Not sure how it compares to other employers, but insuring my entire family is just too expensive.
