Pros

You get free supplements sometimes, and good discounts.

Cons

They don't train anybody in safety. I watched people get injured or almost injured all the time. And they always blame some untrained operator who doesn't speak English for the problems instead of the bosses who don't train anybody.

They have terrible management. Don’t treat people appropriately. Salary is terrible.
