      Pros

      Great pay and benefits, awesome team members, get to help clients get support they need, and I loved my supervisor.

      Cons

      Upper management heavily focused on numbers over client care, you lose some autonomy in decision making, I didn't feel micromanaged but I witnessed it, high caseload numbers working with SPMI/cooccurring disorder

      Pros

      Staff cares deeply about each-other and their clients. I felt respected and supported at my job by my peers and Supervisors. Pay and benefits are phenomenal!

      It is hard to manage all the elements of the job at times.
