      Pros

      Have some good staff, leadership/management leaves you alone if you are doing your job.

      Cons

      Have a whole team to comb through your paperwork and point out all the tiniest details you miss while expecting you to complete mass quantities of documentation. There really is too many cons to list.

      Pros

      Great health benefits, plenty of PTO, competitive salary, quarterly bonuses, plenty of support and supervision from management, and fellow counselors really go above and beyond for their clients! I started as an intern and never left!

      Cons

      Large workload, group 5 days a week, and time management can be a challenge sometimes.
