      I used to really like working here. After the pandemic things got worse. Good pay, good benefits

      Cons

      Too many clients, minimal opportunities for growth. Unrealistic expectations set by people who don’t actually understand the work.

      Pros

      Treat employees somewhat well. All employees get a Christmas bonus. Company paid training once an employee. Free meals for employees when working at residential program.

      Cons

      Upper management is stretched pretty thin. Not much room for advancement unless a person gives their whole life away. Mediocre health insurance benefits.
