      Pay is decent, but not good enough

      Cons

      Management is incompetent and doesn't care, good counselors are driven away knowing they can lock interns in with lucrative signing bonuses, then do it all over again when you leave the moment you are able to. Their business model depends on this. Burnout will occur quickly. Unethical and fraudulent behavior is encouraged. Stay far, far away from any NUWAY location.
