The division I work for is well run and open in terms of communications, with frequent all-hands. They do not appear to withhold important information. They share good news and bad news and label it as such.

Cons

This year they went away from employers accruing PTO to Flex Time Off. In doing so, they stole our already accrued time without compensating us for it.

Cons

Metrics including financial compensation were instituted for business development, and competition between employees was encouraged. Teams that had previously worked well together as a team turned into individuals only looking out for themselves, lying to higher-ups and each other, trying to poach clients from each other, and no longer working as a team and having the best interest of the team in mind. All to earn a commission.
