Pros

None unless you are a Doctor

Cons

Laystaff are treated with little respect as they are not revenue generators. Poor pay. Leadership are executives, most without any background in veterinary medicine. Zero work life balance, managers are expected to work overtime weekly with no compensation.

Pros

Health, Vision, Dental, discount on services. Pretty much the only reason to stay.

Cons

High over turn, unachievable bonuses, average work week is 60 hours, required to do busy work, upper management has NO veterinary experience, hiring more managers that have no veterinary experience.
