Pros

High growth company with lots of opportunity and autonomy. Highly people focused with a tremendous amount of courtesy and care. I am surrounded by extremely talented people who care about each other and our patients, clients and hospital teams. There is a Chief Community Officer who keeps us focused on doing the right thing for ourselves, each other, and those we serve. Servant Leadership is a big focus here and it isn't just lip service.

Cons

High growth means lots of change and shifting priorities, very fast paced - I find it challenging and stimulating, but not for everyone.

Pros

Working for National Veterinary Associates is the best of both corporate and private practice. NVA allows us to run the practice as we see fit but, also provides the support and best practices to allow me to do my job confidently. I appreciate the way they invest in each hospital financially allowing us to purchase new equipment and also support training for us to ensure we will get the most out of there investment. The Divisional Support is also extremely supportive. I always have someone to bounce ideas off of and to support me through any issues that may arise. I can not say enough about how this company challenges me and my team to be better and achieve stellar results.

Cons

I have no cons as of right now.
