Pros

NVA has an amazing culture. The company really invests in living its values and its servant leadership model. It's great to work for a company that understands its "why" and centers itself on the why every time a strategic decision is made.

Cons

This is a fast paced growth company, which I love, but is not right for everyone.

Pros

The clinic may now be able to fund getting faulty equipment fixed or replaced.

Cons

Associate veterinarians still have the same grueling hours. Not provided enough technical support staff to be more productive. Management and all staff are part of a bonus pool. However, associate veterinarians are not considered management nor staff, so are not part of any bonus pool even though associate veterinarians are the revenue producers and work extremely hard.
