Pros

Human-animal bond is getting stronger every generation. As a result, there is a humanization of veterinary medicine. This lifts the veterinary profession. NVA is dedicated to serving veterinarians.

Cons

So much growth (>30% last year) so many new faces, hard to learn all of the names.

Pros

The people are the best part - it’s a very collegial atmosphere. There is a lot of focus on having a positive culture. The company’s robust growth creates many opportunities for advancement.

Cons

At times it feels the company is a step behind its growth, which means at time workload can be high. Expectations are high which is not for everyone.
