      Pros

      I've had the opportunity to watch NVA grow drastically over the past few years and while there has been some change to evolve, senior leadership has remained focused on keeping a strong culture both at the Support Center and in the field. There are many resources and opportunities provided for personal development and overall betterment of the employee. It truly feels like a company that cares about it's people.

      Cons

      The company is growing quickly and can be fast paced at times. I personally enjoy that everyday has the opportunity for something new, but can understand how some could find this overwhelming.

      A group of really smart people helping people who love animals. Amazing opportunity to build a company. What could be better?

      Cons

      No downsides, unless you want to work at a bureaucratic company, then look somewhere else.
