Pros

Provides health care benefits, accumulated sick time, decent benefits.

Cons

Since NVA buys clinics from retiring veterinarians, or those who no longer wish to own a company I think some faults fall on the clinics themselves and not necessarily NVA since for the most part it is business as usual when NVA buys a clinic in other words not a lot changes . I do think they need to make it easier for employees to access upper management. How do you complain about a bad clinic manager???NVA... you need to travel to your clinics and allow your employees to speak ,,,, not just your managers... Horrible business practice

Pros

Good team and great doctors. Able to help pets and owners with what they need. Always learning more about the veterinary field.

Cons

Not a lot of room for growth. Wages are low for entry level assistants and receptionists. Can be stressful at times.
