      Pros

      The best part about NVA are the people who work here. Everyone is very passionate about their work and ensuring NVA succeeds. There are numerous opportunities available as NVA is growing rapidly. In addition, there are fun events for employees driven by leadership.

      Cons

      There hasn't been a lot of focus on systems in the past so a lot of processes are manual.

      Pros

      I've had the opportunity to watch NVA grow drastically over the past few years and while there has been some change to evolve, senior leadership has remained focused on keeping a strong culture both at the Support Center and in the field. There are many resources and opportunities provided for personal development and overall betterment of the employee. It truly feels like a company that cares about it's people.

      Cons

      The company is growing quickly and can be fast paced at times. I personally enjoy that everyday has the opportunity for something new, but can understand how some could find this overwhelming.
