- Lack of compassion - No understanding of medicine, pure focus on numbers - Allow harassment to go unchecked - Reward abusive behavior of employees if addressing it could become problematic - Don't care about medical advancement and novel approaches to treatment - Allow breaking of privacy laws such as HPAA, and do not stop the sharing of personal medical information - Would give zero stars if I could

- Lack of support from Area Managers - 10+ weekly hours of meetings that have nothing to do with your specific hospital - Low staff wages, made to believe that your team does not deserve raises when you are in fact the one who should be making those decisions - Treat hospital staff like they are replaceable, and expect their HMs to model this behavior - I was supposed to have 1:1 mentorship from area managers, instead I spent my Saturdays and Sundays catching up on learning the basics of how NVA does the financial end of the HM job, as my "mentor" was unavailable the rest of the week
