      Over worked, underappreciated, the new PE only cares about the bottom-line and trying to go public completely loss the company's identity and culture that took over 25 years to build but only a couple of years to destroy.

      Head veterinarian (who originally owned) created a very toxic environment. Though there were complaints to NVA, nothing was addressed. If they did do something, we felt the consequences from the veterinarian afterwards....which led to no one wanting to complain. Direct feedback to the veterinarian did not work either, instead, it led to being treated differently...in a negative way.
