Pros

You get to rub shoulders with the owners of the company early on, which is unheard of. There are a lot of high performers willing to help you learn and grow if you are willing to ask. Have the opportunity to stamp your input of a company expecting to grow and reap the benefits. Management team practices an open door policy which makes it easy to communicate with decision makers. You will have local and company headquarters direct reports that make sure your training is the best quality.

Cons

New Hires have a lot of training hours early and often. Benefits start after 30 day probationary period. Have to come early to find parking.
