Pros

Some of the team members were nice, free food during the training. good compensation structure theoretically.

Cons

Was told during my interview the position was salary when it was hourly, there were 2 other agreements other than the offer letter to sign once you actually accepted the job. The culture. Rude jokes were made consistently, people who were 2-3 minutes late were picked on for the entire of the training. They had a speaker come in and tell everyone that this job matters more to than then their passions, and that you have to want to sell the same amount that you want to breathe, which I found very offensive and manipulative. Avoid if you want a healthy work environment. Benefits were literally nothing.
