Company will have you walking around neighborhoods in negative temperatures at 8pm looking desperate as hell to sell solar.

Some free food.... not having to take work home.

Cons

It basically is like working in a zoo, Rap music is played all day long, vulgar language and inappropriate banter all while you're supposed to be on the phone trying to get homeowners to agree to an inhome consultation and show that you're a value-added, trusted and top-notch company.... Meanwhile the homeowner your speaking to is hearing rap music in the background and the f-bomb dropped constantly by fellow employees ... The most unprofessional working environment I have ever seen. I felt more like I was in a wing at the Nassau county jail than I was working for a professional company. Management does little to nothing to control the chaos and God forbid you bring your legitimate concerns to the table you will be shown the door almost immediately.
