      Pros

      Everyone is organized, we have specific tasks and there is little confusion. Make sure you are motivated willing to work and you will thrive.

      Cons

      Lots of downtime and boredom in the beginning when not given much direction.

      Pros

      Good work life balance, good time off and flexable work and vacation schedules. Low work stress & very few deadlines. time for professional development. Some interesting projects.

      Cons

      Poor management, hubris and passive aggressive. Sucess is not defined at both the personal or program level. A culture of mediocrity with little room for input into work assignments. All about the individual, no team work.
