Pros

Incredible company with a small team making a big impact in the maternal health space. Especially within Black, brown, and Indigenous communities. Lots of transparency. It’s a small company, so you’ll get to know everyone on the team really well. I love that the CEO is always on the all hands meetings and encourages the team to ask questions.

Cons

Nadia Care is building great things, but this does mean the focus can shift quickly. Leading with agility and empathy are needed to excel here.

- Like most startups, the pace of change is very fast and day-to-day focus can shift often. - Given current scale and growth, team members often cover broad scopes so you’ll have to be scrappy.
