10yThank you for leaving this feedback here at Glassdoor. I think you are absolutely right about more focus on training and development of support functions. And I am happy to report to you that this is something that we are working on. We are currently consolidating support functions so that there are senior folks dedicated-ly responsible for them and all the people in these functions.
Additionally, we are rolling out a people management system through which we will also be tracking the development goals of each person in the company.
These things combined should bring the necessary focus needed to non-engineering folks as well. Thank you for bringing this up and thank you for your review.

I am not sure though why you feel that growth for freshers is slow. In fact, I think we are one of the fastest at growing freshers of all Indian IT services companies of our size of above. Most of our freshers are working on billable projects in less than a year. If you have specific input in this area, I encourage you to reach out to me so that I can understand your viewpoint and see if we can make any improvements.
