      ever wonder so many positive reviews for SUCH company.... makes me think about paid reviews

      Cons

      .. makes people work more than 40 hours and do not pay for OVER TIME.

      Dear sir/madam, even I wonder about paid reviews... but the ones I feel this way about are some of the negative ones :-) The average time spent in the office across 5000 people is currently less than 8 hours. Of course, people also log into work from their homes, but this in-office data tells us something contrary to your POV. Further, at the moment we mostly bill 8 hour days to our clients, while many well-known giants bill 8.5 to 9 hour days. Finally, our overtime and other payments vary by location but are always in keeping with local law and mostly in keeping with local industry practices. That’s why I wonder about paid reviews :-)

      Bench system is pathetic, dont hire if you dont have projects!!!1

      Any perk given by company is of no use when you are on bench

      Too many: Don't hire talented folks if you do not have sufficient projects Tap is a failure and level up cant decide a person's capability to work-get this fact straight I was on bench for longer than I could have imagined, but this is not why I joined your organisation leaving my previous org which was way better-wrong decision on ym end people with even 6-8 years of exp are on bench, you have no respect fo an experienced employee don't give fake deals at time ofhiring -you don't have good projects be honest and transparent to your employees don't force your employees to sit at client location- you know they are treated badly there

      Flat Organisation is the only pros in this organisation

      Cons

      1. Hiring is purely for centralised bench. 2. you will get feeling that you are working as contract employee or some 3rd party payroll (Nagarro). 3. Top management don't have any idea what is happening in project and no technical knowledge. 4. They will force you to work on some different stuff which is not at all relevant to your skills.
