      They have reasonable expectations for college graduates seeking employment.

      Cons

      Not much growth opportunity, and you will be put in positions where you are expected to learn a new skillset rapidly. No 401k matching and insurance sucks.

      None, just few people who were stuck there because of some personal reasons, otherwise no one can work in that toxic environment

      Cons

      MD, directors and even staff under these people (Favorites) there is arrogant and seems to think that they are superior to others. No idea why they think they are superior even though their education and experience not so exceptional nor that they have achieved anything great in their career.

      - work on a multitude of projects

      Cons

      - essentially an H1-b farm with low salaries, prefer H1Bs, not many roles in the organization. - in NY the salary was 75000 which was barely enough and we were expected to work long hours in order to please the client - the client is always right culture - health and dental is only 80% coverage - no 401K for the first year, and no matching after that
