      Pros

      Energetic and inspired! These two adjectives go for the management and the employees. One can feel charged all the time and never will the momemtum go low!

      Cons

      Every good place has some improvement areas so does Nagarro like extra work pressure which though gets the best result many times. But yes the work load can be high aat times and also the deadlines

      Senior management is top-notch, colleagues are bright and motivated, focus on client satisfaction is unparalleled, company demonstrates that it values its employees, work is challenging and engaging, employees are encouraged to share ideas and thoughts.

      More focus should be placed on improving soft skills, and the importance of these skills
