      Pros

      Fixed Salary Structure is the only Pros.

      Cons

      The project tagging is pathetic. In most of the reviews this has been highlighted. You will be tagged to the project irrespective of your skill sets. Bench hiring is done and then employee has to face project specific interviews. Limited Projects. Projects are majorly staff augmented makes you feel like working as contractual employee. During Covid they were among the first company to go for pay-cut.

      None i can think of.

      Cons

      They don't have projects . They will fire you once you are on bench. They have done salary deductions by saying they will not fire anyone but from the back door they are firing people. HUGE bench strength. Disrespectful/useless RAP allocation of project model.

      -- "Think of nagarro as your own company and you will grow along with it" Now after years, we are growing but I am not . No doubt why most of my intelligent and hardworking colleagues left this organization as in the end financially you will be working with a typical service based organization. Work hard to improve your skills, not for project or organization --
