Pros

The only pros are - On time salary, flexible timings

Cons

The list is endless but here are some highlights (since I have worked with Finance and Operations department, all these points refer to these 2 departments only) - - Department is headed by arrogant and obtuse people and there is no scope of survival for smart and intelligent employees. - Nepotism is highly promoted in the company and loved by the management, so if you want growth you just need be some relative or close one of anyone from the management, that’s the only trait they need. - If you are too good at your work and raise questions/suggest new ideas or changes, you are instantly anti management and you will have to bear the consequences. - Management doesn't have enough guts to talk face to face with their employees during appraisal, resignations (it’s hard to face truth!) so they will always train and send HR folks to talk to employees. - Once you are disliked by the management, they will play lame politics (no hikes, no promotions, micromanagement or other useless stuff) to ensure you leave the job. - No new learning, no career growth, no appraisals, no appreciation of good work, poor work culture and worst management you will ever work with.

Pros

Company is heaven for old employees, especially for employees that are still in place , who joined when company strength was less than 500 people. Almost everyone is enjoying big position here and many of them are ruining career of real new talent that joins them due to their incapabilities.

Cons

Poor salary increases ; result reward ratio is less honoured - Poor management (particularly a lack of managers with the necessary soft skills). - Terrible work/life balance (and often incidences of people not getting their overtime). You get a laptop which puts staff under pressure to go home and work further. The tight budgets mean that staff are constantly under pressure to do extra hours and not charge for them. Just in general I would hold out for a job where you can work good hours, where you will be respected as an employee, where you won’t be harassed every day and where you can be reasonably sure that if you work hard you will have room for recognition, progression and salary increases.

Pros

Policies are pretty standard and applicable across roles and responsibilities Work from home flexibility If you get to work with a director who joined from outside Nagarro, you will have a good time not matter the workload. else only god can save you from this punishment. Employees are good but hardly anyone smiles. Work life balance depends on the project.

Cons

Work life balance: I worked on over 10 projects except 2 rest all were hell. Colleagues: If you work with old employees i.e. tenure over 5 years, expect laid back attitude with all the capabilities to get nothing done. Most come in and give lectures on management & agile while get nothing done (most of these are from technical teams) Micromanagement depends on the project. Weekend working for months is quite normal Burnout is a phase the management doesn't understand. Most projects are small but then the org is small and you can't expect project size of HCL, TCS or Wipro. Company at times works as body shop than as an organisation. Poor in terms of BA opportunities, If you are a new BA, you will learn a lot of agile during the first 2 years and then you should leave. Beyond 2 years, you are wasting your time here. You can't build a domain expertise as project allocation doesn't consider domain expertise. So if you have 8 years of retail experience, you can get project in BFSI, telecom, media and so on but not retail.
