I got into a Leadership role and loved everything that NakedMD stood by. However, it became a very toxic environment to work in when there ends up being no support from your upper management. I was wrongfully accused and unappreciative due to several events that occurred. This company changes the policies quite often and results in unfair written warnings. The management team is always late to meetings but when it comes to their employees, everyone gets written up. It's unfair and their needs to be clear communication to these expectations if one recieves a written warning. I feel that I had no proper training in the expectations of the leadership role I got but because of my last company being able to gain that experience that I was able to use those skills in this position. I have been very loyal to this company but when one person reports you and falsely accuses you. They will chose that person over you. Don't trust anyone in this company and look out for yourself.

There is honestly no downside about working for NAKEDMD! If you are someone who is looking to grow with a fast-paced company - this is the company for you!
