Dear Current/Ex- Employee, As an organization we believe in being patient with our employees and encouraging them. It’s unfortunate that it is misread as tolerance for mediocrity. However, our belief in abilities of our people to bounce back from setbacks remains unshaken. We’re glad you chose to subconsciously categorize that patience as a ‘pro’. That said, the inside sales team has and continues to be our key channels to fuel future growth, extrapolating the success of the past. We agree, the growth figures have been delightful this year, both from existing, as well as new business. The larger part of the group has enjoyed the thrill, high and busyness that comes with sustained YOY growth. We realize that bad times can inspire acerbic outlook.
