working in old technology . You will find yourself stagnant in your career after some time as there is no growth. Managers are in super attitude , as if they are in Big 4. After you join, you will put across to take 3-4 interviews in a day for other position and also expect to complete your work on that day. That is foolishness of manager. No recognition in organisation, no matter how much you work hard or smartly. People become happy after seeing themselves in some CYDR email that HR team runs it every month another time waste and stupidity of HR team. Communication skills - well thats other point, you can easily talk in your regional language in this organisation as there is no professionalism inside. Only sales team some people were good in comm skills but those people also left. No proper infrastructure. No proper budget , neither for client nor for employees. Micro-management, they will keep an eye on your login & logout. No proper employee engagement. HR team is so rubbish, they say if you have issue talk to them but after talking , situation is still same . Employee attrition is so high here and retaining ratio is less.
