      Pros

      If you're looking for job security without any purpose or ambition, sure go for it.

      Cons

      I had an awful time working there, I felt like my hopes and dreams had died. I wasn't given sufficient time to work creatively, I just had to deliver uninspired designs at a breakneck pace, and work for a manager who yelled at me so much I have cried right there in the office. Anytime I asked for a raise I was dismissed, even though I was single handedly working on the entire design needs of the company.

      Pros

      Nalashaa is one of the best employer I have worked with in the United States. Everything about this employer is great - On time salary always - Always ahead on employee's Visa status/GC filing - Prep their employees well for their interviews - Very supportive & treat employees well - Great benefits

      Cons

      It all depends person to person, how to like their employer. But for me, working with Nalashaa was beyond my expecations and I would highly recommend Nalashaa
