Friendly environment, managers support, amazing co-workers, hard work, Buddy system, Outings, Monthly meetings, cricket tournament, friday fun and cute smiles on everyone's face. Nalashaa identifies all your ideas, encourages you to achieve your goals. They say- Learn for your growth, not for companies growth..

Cons

Managers are same as the other companies. Keep learning new things(which helps in career growth too).

Strong and cool management, Takes care of it's employees very well, we experience a great working culture where you are allowed make your point. Awesome learning curve. People help each other out. You don't want to miss a single day @Nalashaa And best part - you would feel you are important.

No cons i could see, but It's up to you to use the freedom given to you for the betterment of yourself and organization.

Great atmosphere in here helps the new joinee to know everybody in quick time and get technical assistance from fellow-workers to get started. And also there is flexibility in work hours.

Cons

It depends on the project you are working in, you may have to work on weekends
