I have worked for NaphCare, Inc. for quite a few months now and am incredibly happy with my position. I enjoy that NaphCare is extremely personal. Corporate office may be in Alabama (which is across the country), but they are very involved with each and every site. They make a point to fly to various locations to just check in and say hello. Last week the President of NaphCare made a trip out to Oregon to visit us and show us that he cares what is going on within our specific site. It was a very enjoyable experience. I have yet to meet ANYONE from NaphCare that was not approachable and kind. My supervisor, the HSA, is the best supervisor I’ve ever had. Not only is she an amazing leader, she is also kind, fun to be around, and gets stuff done. I truly feel that NaphCare cares about each and every employee within the company and wants them to succeed in what they do. There is room for advancement within the company, which is very important to me. It is clear to me that NaphCare is in correctional health because they care, not for financial gain. They may not be the largest contractor in this specific field, but they are, in my opinion, the BEST in the field. By directing concentration to their smaller areas and sites, they exceed expectations of correctional healthcare. Because of the great success with the company, NaphCare has been able to compensate employees very well, which I know is important to prospective team members. I am so very thankful to be a part of this incredible team and plan on being here for many years to come.

I have not had any negative experiences from this company. They have impressed me in every area I can think of.
