Pros

Great people, good benefits, and a pleasant work environment. The environment is not corporate, decisions are made with care instead of being global, they are what is best for a majority.

Cons

No one will hold your hand, they hire adults and expect you to be one. Not a con to me (but could potentially be a con to some). I don't think there are any downsides to working for NaphCare, they are a great company to work for.

TechCare their computer software is neat!

Cons

Long hours no vacations even if you have PTO. Poor support from management. Used employees from the previous company, and after they settled got rid of them with out compassion. The schedule was horrible, people quit left and right especially night shift. No motivation to do your job right.

My coworkers offer more support, and often are more informed than management, which is helpful.

Cons

Nothing is going to change until management does and management isn't going to change until those at the corporate level do, which is a long shot, it's who NaphCare is.
