      Company has great ideas but implementation at local jail is horrible. We are underpaid, overworked, and overlooked.

      Pros

      20 days PTO (accrued), decent health insurance for a single, free lunches in officer dining room, can form good relationship with custody

      Cons

      High turn over and positions are often vacant, lack of supervision & support, micromanaging from on-site leadership, inconsistent following of policies, no raises outside of yearly performance review which can range from 1% to 4% depending.
