Naphcare corporate and Naphcare Arizona LLC are comprable to step siblings who don't necesarily like each other but have to get along to stay in the will..........If Napcare Arizona could be more receptive to the offerings of corporate headquaters they could have great success. It is regrettable that Arizona leadership employs client interaction to bypass specific corporate executives. This power struggle has undermined the reputation of the entire organization. Arizona regional leadership has adopted a less interventionist approach, as evidenced by challenges in employee retention.

Management is very unprofessional. They frequently lie on employees to get them out the door and they are able to get away with it. Management is messy and talks about the employees they don't like causing division and tension on the team. There is no room for advancement unless you are their puppet and they like you. They've been sued for this several times. They do not value their employees. Read other reviews on this site and other platforms.
