The best reason to work at NAPHCARE is to help the inmates, as a nurse, if that's what you choose to do.

Cons

The worst reason to work at NAPHCARE is having to deal with the current unprofessional management team which has unfortunately spread throughout the organization.

PTO, and pay scale are decent.

Cons

Bad leadership, unfair politics, and cliques for days with leadership so if any complaints are made against anyone it's completely disregarded.
