Poor leadership. There are too many hands in the pot and people who don’t know what they’re doing. They’re very short-term oriented and don’t thing about long-term results or repercussions.

The level of unprofessionalism demonstrated is shocking. False accusations and lies. Don’t stand up for yourself as it is taken poorly. You will get write ups for things you didn’t do. Even when you have clearly proved it wasn’t you, you will still be written up. You are given impossible tasks that one person cannot complete and asked to work 60-70 hours per week. And upon termination, they replace you with three people, suggesting that it was too much for one person.
