Pros

The best reason to work at NaphCare is the best reason to work at most companies - the people. Once you connect with co-workers, you'll find you can withstand anything together.

Cons

Unfortunately the leadership lacks meaningful vision that can be shared with the entire company. The end result is a management style of dominance, power and control that isn't readily seen in successful companies or societies today.

It’s great to work for a company that is growing in the right direction and takes care of their employees. It’s refreshing to work with people that genuinely care about each other and work well together as a team. I love the Management Team! They understand the importance of a good work-life balance and sincerely care about employees succeeding professional and personally.

Cons

I have not had any negative experiences.

Very employee supportive on a local and at the corporate level. Excellent staff relationships and corporate was very visible to staff when visiting and they came often.
